Structural measurement by inverse scattering in the Rytov approximation

Not Accessible

Abstract

Data from a previous scattering experiment are used to calculate the scattering potential along the radius of a weakly scattering cylinder in the Rytov approximation. The results of this calculation are compared with those of an earlier calculation from the same data, which employed the first Born approximation.
